Castors Heavy Duty

Heavy-duty Castor wheels are used to move heavy work items, assemblies, and equipment in aerospace and aircraft production. Castors Heavy Duty are an essential component of aircraft engine stands because they allow the technician to move and lock the work stand quickly. On aircraft tow bars, heavy-duty casters with high-speed bearings are also used.

Heavy-duty wheels are found on aviation hangar doors, a unique application. Although rigid, heavy-duty Castor for hangar doors are available, they must be able to handle the weight of the massive doors. Heavy duty Castor is also used on helicopter landing pads and dollies to manage a heavy helicopter after landing.

Trolley Wheels

A trolley wheel is an individual round-shaped wheel that can be attached directly to objects for linear motion. Trolley wheels are ideal for applications that require simple yet effective action, especially when carrying heavy loads. Such products are produced in a wide range of models and differ primarily in design. For the units to be moveable, trolley wheels are combined with castors or axles. These units can be used in various large and small applications and aid in quickly moving large, heavy objects. Trolley wheels come in multiple sizes and are made from a range of durable materials for longer life and improved wear.

Ball Transfer Units

Ball transfer units are omnidirectional load-bearing spherical balls mounted inside a restraining fixture. They are identical in principle to a computer trackball. Typically the design involves a single large ball supported by more miniature ball bearings.

In an inverted ball-up position, objects are quickly moved across an array of units, known as a ball transfer table or conveyor system. It permits manual transfer to and from machines and between different sections of another conveyor system. They are used in airports for luggage delivery or as part of manufacturing systems.
